Sara attended Stanford Law School, obtaining her J.D. in 2008. At Stanford, she competed in mock trial and moot court. She also worked under the supervision of internationally-renowned Constitutional Law professor Kathleen Sullivan on a major pro-bono project. She was Lead Articles Editor for the Stanford Journal of International Law and served on the executive boards for several student organizations.

Sara obtained her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from UCLA, with highest honors in Philosophy (Logic emphasis) and Middle Eastern Studies. While at UCLA she competed in speech and parliamentary debate, worked with the Asian Pacific American Legal Center, and volunteered with BRITE, serving incarcerated youth.

At the Walkup Firm, Sara prosecutes personal injury cases on behalf of severely injured individuals in cases involving vehicular negligence, premises liability, medical negligence and flawed products. She also has special expertise in elder abuse and neglect cases, representing victims of physical abuse in nursing homes.

In her spare time, Sara coaches law school mock trial teams and serves as Co-Director of ABC (Attorneys Bettering the Community) a local nonprofit composed of attorneys who want to volunteer in a hands-on way.
